Patient-adjacent and personal data on drives is an InfoSec and DPDP problem for the healthcare Data Fiduciary. We provide CoD and custody documentation to support your disposal programme — not a HIPAA, NABH, or DPDP certificate.

- No. We do not claim HIPAA or NABH certification. India programmes should map to DPDP and your clinical governance — with CoD as evidence.
