IT asset disposition with chain of custody
End-to-end retirement for enterprise IT — assessment, secure pickup, inventory, data destruction where needed, and plant recycling — under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 scope for information security related to e-waste services including data destruction (Cert # 305026010396IS).
Assets we handle
Same asset vocabulary enterprise buyers see on leading ITAD sites — scoped to what your programme includes.
Endpoints
Laptops, desktops, thin clients, and docking stations from office refresh and site exits.
Servers & storage
Rack and tower servers, SAN/NAS appliances, and data-bearing media pulled from data centres.
Network & peripherals
Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, printers, and monitors — scoped at assessment.
Mobile & removable media
Phones, tablets, USB drives, and other portable storage when included in the engagement.
Engagement scenarios
Refresh, decommission, M&A, multi-site — not a one-size scrap pickup.
Annual laptop / desktop refresh
Bulk collection of retiring fleets with inventory reconciliation and destruction certificates for data-bearing assets.
Data-centre decommission or migration
Server and storage retirement when racks come down — custody from cage to plant, with media sanitization or destruction as policy requires.
M&A, site close, or office move
Consolidate retired IT from one or more locations; optionally combine with secure relocation before destruction or recycling.
Multi-site programmes
Pickup windows and documentation scoped per city or campus — one engagement model, local logistics as agreed.
Inventory and chain of custody
Buyers and auditors care that every serial that left the site can be accounted for. We reconcile assets as agreed in the assessment — not a black-box scrap pickup.
- Itemised pickup documentation for the load
- Serial-level or batch inventory as scoped
- Documented handoffs from client site through processing
- Destruction and recycling certificates when in scope
When full ITAD vs destroy-only
Choose ITAD when you need end-to-end retirement (pickup → inventory → destroy → recycle → certificates). Use data destruction alone when media is already segregated and you only need sanitization or shredding evidence.
