How material moves through the Barun plant

Material receiving
Inbound loads are checked in against the engagement scope and chain-of-custody records.

Segregation
Assets and fractions are sorted so data-bearing media and recyclable streams are handled correctly.

Dismantling
Assemblies are taken down so metals, plastics, and boards can enter the right downstream path.
- Step 4
Material streams
Separated metals, plastics, and PCB-related fractions are prepared for recovery or onward processing as applicable.
- Step 5
Documentation
Weight, pickup, and recycling reports are issued as agreed. Destruction certificates apply when data-bearing media was in scope.

Enterprise programmes typically need an authorised recycler pathway, not informal scrap. We operate under BSPCB plant consents and ISO systems, with engagement documentation for pickup, weight, destruction when applicable, and recycling reporting as issued.

FAQ
- Are you CPCB authorised?
- We operate under BSPCB plant consents and ISO-certified systems. We publish CPCB e-waste authorisation when the PDF is on file.
- Do you issue EPR certificates?
- No. Engagement docs cover pickup, weight, destruction when applicable, and recycling reporting as issued. EPR issuer certificates are a different role.
- What about BARC?
- We hold BARC technology transfer / licensed know-how for advanced copper recovery from depopulated PCBs. That is know-how confirmation, not a recycler certification badge.
